Blessings for us Men

What is it to be a man these days?

If you are anything like me, it can feel a bit confusing. The corrosive, harder, controlling

shadow of men has been brought to light, and we see it constantly in the news, talking about

the darkness in men.

And yes, it is there. On the Sovereign’s Journey, we don’t shy away from this. Each man

meets his darkness and brings it into the light, love, and containment of his big-hearted King. That is our responsibility.

But what about the light in men—our beautiful gold? There is space for this too, and it is so

important for us men to know our gold and claim it, so we can spread our light and love in

service of ourselves and our wider world.

So that we can live in open-hearted joy, loving ourselves first, and offering our generous,

protective, and generative influence across creation.
